PASSITO IGP LAZIO

THE HISTORY: It is born from the combition of local grapes, grown in our vineyards, in that soil where the texture, the exposition and the microclimate make it possible to reach a natural overmaturation, extended to natural drying, reaching concentrations such as to obtain this delightful nectar.

THE WINE CHARACTERISTICS: Golden yellow colour with amber tints; a fruity and persistent aroma accompanied by notes of apricot jam and dried fruit and an intense note of vanilla.

The flavor is sweet and captivating with an excellent organoleptic structure.
It is ideal to accompany dry biscuits, fruit tarts and tea pastries.
Amazing with aged cheese accompanied with honey and jam, but also with foie gras and meat pates.

Recommended serving temperature is
14°/16°C.
