MALVASIA DEL LAZIO

HYSTORY: Malvasia Puntinata, also know as Malvasia del Lazio, represents up to now the best variety present in the ampelographic heritage of our region.
Of ancient origin, it has its maximum expression in the hilly regions of volcanic origin.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS: Straw yellow color with greenish tints; an intense aroma with clear notes of yellow fruit and flowers. Great personality and structure in the mouth, with a pleasantly smooth finish. The typical almond notes return to the nose.
Ideal to accompany regional first courses such as skate broth, pasta with broccoli, pasta amatriciana, pasta cacio e pepe (cheese and pepper), pasta with beans, Roman dumplings, but also poultry meat and cooked green vegetables.
Recommended serving temperature is 12°/14°.
